All financial transactions on the merah888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT/cryptocurrency. Supported payment channels are subject to change at merah888's discretion without prior notice.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful gateway confirmation. merah888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Processing times vary by channel — DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 15 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on blockchain network conditions.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your Account. merah888 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal regardless of amount. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live hand, the round will be settled based on the best available game state recorded by our systems at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the merah888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

In cases where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to the Account will be restricted and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. merah888 aims to complete investigations within 30 calendar days of initiating the review.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real fund balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, merah888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
merah888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
merah888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or third-party payment processing outages.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude merah888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
All content on the merah888 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software code, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of merah888 or its third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in this Clause shall limit your right to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence in respect of any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded from court jurisdiction.
